The gardens were beautiful and the themed dinner nights were a real hit with the kids! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the spa treatments were a nice touch too. The only slightly annoying part was the occasional noise from the entertainment at night, but it didn't ruin our enjoyment 😊

Beautiful facilities, delicious food, nice staff, great equipment (only the spa disappoints). Great for relaxing, swimming and diving in the sea, doing sports. Pleasantly quiet at the end of October. I guess it's different during the season.
If you want to go on excursions, you absolutely need a car. The bus system is unreliable. Short trips therefore take a long time. The taxi ride from Heriklion airport to the hotel costs 70 €!

The kids had an absolute blast at the pools and enjoyed the wide range of children's activities. We took advantage of the all-inclusive dining, where the culinary delights were a hit, especially the themed dinners. The entertainment at night was engaging, providing us with plenty of fun family bonding time.
In my wife's opinion, the lack of insect repellent options and mosquito nets was bothersome for our family nights on the balcony.

It is a nice complex, our room was very nice above the small bathing bay at the sea, the food was very abundant, varied and tasty.

The staff were really good, especially Marietta who
Served excellent cocktails at the bar overlooking the sea. The check-in process was a bit confusing, and we had to wait longer than expected for our room. It was a pleasant stay with great food options.

This hotel is just great!!! Great rooms, super nice pool area, everything green and always well maintained and located directly at the sea! Especially the breakfast and the evening buffet were simply amazing! I'd go back there anytime! But one should rent a car, as the hotel is located a little outside and if one wants to explore the area, a rental car is indispensable!
Nothing, everything was great! Beautiful vacation!

Great stay with awesome food!
We were really surprised by the spacious garden view room with a nice balcony. The themed dinners were a blast, especially the sushi night! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Just a heads up, getting back from Rethymno on the bus can be a hassle, it gets super crowded.

The hotel is in the perfect place as it is away from all towns and vyllages, but still it is very easy to get there as there is a bus stop across the road, the territory of the hotel is very well looked after, very green and very clean. 99% of the personal are very nice and very helpfull Food was very different and very tasty, plus every evening was a different presentation of the kitchens from arround the world.
We had paid for HB during our stay in the hotel and we were a bit surprised when we had to pay for water at dinner or lunch. Plus umbrellas and sunbed - you have to pay before 15-00, and you don't have to pay after that time.....not understandable, when it is not an open area of the beach, it is all inside the complex.

Exceptionally clean room with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Marvellous location only a short distance to city center.
